Ampalaya with Ground and Pork Chorizo
Ingridients:
- 1 pc Ampalaya, thin sliced
- 1/4 kl Ground Pork
- 2 pcs Pork Chorizo, Mashed
- 1/2 Carrot, thin sliced
- 1 pc Bell Pepper, thin sliced
- 1-2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
- Onion, minced
- Garlic, minced
- 1-3 tbsp. Fish Sauce / Patis
- Soysauce
- Salt
- In a heat pan put the ground pork, then add 2-3 tbsp of water (let it evaporate)
- Note: Gound pork has it's own oil, we will use that oil for our onion and garlic.
- Saute the ground pork and let it's texture change to golden brown.
- Add onion and garlic and then saute until turn to golden brown.
- Follow by mash pork chorizo, and saute frequently.
- Add 1-3 tbsp Fish sauce and ground black pepper, and saute to absorb the seasonings.
- You can now add the Vegestables : Ampalaya, bell pepper and sliced carrot and mix them.
- Add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and saute.
- You can also add 1-2 tbsp Soysauce for it's color mixture, and salt for your taste.
- Cover it and simmer for 2-3 minutes, turn of fire after.
- Now its ready to serve.
