How To Make Chili Garlic Sauce
Ingredients :
- ¼ kg Chili Pepper
- 2 Pcs whole Garlic (minced)
- 1 Cup Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Salt
- Remove the head of the chili pepper (all).
- Wash the chili, let it dry.
- Blend the chili after dried. Make sure all the chili are properly blend. (Note: While opening the cover of the blender make sure don’t get to close. The aroma of the chili will burst. You may not like it. You can also cover your nose )
- Heat the pan and add the 1 cup of cooking oil.
- Add the grind chili and sauté for 2-3 minutes
- Follow by garlic (minced) – add 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. salt (frequently sauté) with low fire.
- Let it cook for 4-6 minutes. (frequently sauté)
- After cooked, let it cool for 20 - 30 minutes.
- Place it on an empty glass jar after cool.
