How to Make Tinolang Manok
Ingredients :
- Chili leaves
- 1 Pcs Chayote “sayote in tagalog” (Papaya optional)
- ½ kl Chicken
- Garlic
- Onion
- Ginger
- Salt
- Ground Pepper
- 2 Chicken Cubs
- Spring Onion
- Heat the Cooking Pan, add Cooking Oil followed by Garlic, Onion and Ginger.
- Add the ½ kl Chicken and frequently sauté until the Chicken texture will change to light.
- Follow the 2 Chicken cubs (Fish sauce, optional)
- Sauté , let the chicken absorb the seasonings
- Add the 3-5 Cups of water and Steam for 8 – 10 minutes, medium fire.
- After, add the cubed chayote with ½ tbsp. salt and ground pepper.
- Steamer for 5-8 minutes
- After follow by Chili leaves and spring onion, cover it. Turn off the fire.
- Ready to serve.
